MEET THE TEAM SUPPORTING YOUR HEALING JOURNEY

A specialist team dedicated to helping you overcome chronic bladder issues with a science-led, compassionate approach.

Meet Mary

CHRONIC UTI & INTERSTITIAL CYSTITIS NUTRITIONIST

Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

I specialise in helping women with chronic and recurring UTIs and interstitial cystitis get to the real heart of their symptoms so they can stop living in fear of the next flare, feel at ease in their bodies again, and return to the things they love - whether that’s intimacy, travel, or simply leaving the house without planning around the loo.

  • My work is grounded in both clinical and lived experience. After navigating my own IC and chronic UTI journey, I now bring over a decade of experience supporting women who feel stuck, dismissed, or like they’ve tried everything.

I know how all-consuming this can feel - constantly second-guessing your body, your symptoms, and even your food. I’ve been there myself, trying to make sense of it all.

Today, I bridge the gap between intimate health and urology - bringing a root-cause, whole-body perspective to symptoms that are often managed in isolation.

I help you understand the connections between the bladder and vaginal microbiome, immune system, and nervous system - because lasting relief comes from restoring balance, not just fighting bacteria.

Meet Sophie

NATUROPATHIC NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST & HERBALIST

Specialist in UTIs, fertility, and hormone-related bladder symptoms.

Sophie supports women with chronic UTIs, bladder pain syndrome, and IC - particularly when these symptoms are getting in the way of fertility.

  • Sophie works across hormone and reproductive health, supporting women through preconception, IVF, pregnancy, and postnatal recovery - as well as issues like painful or heavy periods, including endometriosis.

She has a special interest in the vaginal microbiome, and how imbalances here can influence both bladder symptoms and fertility outcomes.

As a trained herbalist, Sophie can also prescribe bespoke herbal formulas for urinary support, alongside targeted herbal creams for vaginal health where appropriate.

Like many of the women she supports, Sophie didn’t get the answers she needed at first. After experiencing painful periods, intense PMS, and her own fertility challenges, she began looking beyond “everything looks normal” — a path that now shapes the way she works with clients today.

Sophie works closely with Mary and the wider team, meaning every client benefits from a shared root-cause framework, testing-led insight, and joined-up care.

She continues to advance her training through ongoing mentorship and further study with leading practitioners in reproductive and women’s health, with additional areas of interest including mould toxicity and histamine-related conditions.

    • Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine (AdvDip Nutr)

    • Advanced Diploma in Western Herbal Medicine (AdvDip Herb)

    • Registered Nutritional and Herbal Therapist (ANP)

    • Registered Nutritional and Herbal Therapist (GNC)

EVERY PRACTITIONER IS PERSONALLY SELECTED & TRAINED BY MARY

All chosen not just for their clinical expertise but for their empathy, integrity and deep understanding of women’s health. Empathy matters here. So does listening. So does taking your symptoms seriously.

By growing our team in this way, we can offer more appointment availability, more flexible support options, and a more accessible entry point into this work without compromising on standards or compassion.

Whether you’re working directly with me or one of our trusted practitioners, you’ll receive the same commitment to helping you find lasting relief.

WHY WOMEN LOVE OUR APPROACH

  • They finally feel listened to, not rushed through 10-minute appointments

  • They stop second-guessing food, supplements, and every decision around their body

  • They feel more in control of their symptoms, and less like they’re waiting for the next flare
