I can’t wait to tell you about my client Sarah, who had been struggling with bladder pain, frequency, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). She’d spent years investing significant time, energy, and money trying to figure it out solo, without making any progress.

Sarah had previously experimented with the interstitial cystitis (IC) diet, (plus many others, including: the autoimmune protocol diet (AIP), the low FODMAP diet, and the GAPS diet).
